TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE – YouEasy

    1. About Us
    YouEasy is a service based in Milan, Italy.

    2. Purpose

    YouEasy sells packages of original short videos generated using artificial intelligence, ready to be posted on YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook Reels, along with a guide in PDF format. The available packages are:

    - LIGHT: one-time purchase;

    - GROWTH: one-time purchase;

    - PREMIUM: monthly subscription.

    The contents of each package are described on the website at the time of purchase.


    3. Video Exclusivity

    Each video is sold to a single customer and is not resold to other customers.


    4. Rights of Use

    With your purchase, you obtain the right to publish the videos on your social media channels and to monetize them through the platforms’ programs. You may not resell, transfer, or distribute the videos to third parties as files.

    You are responsible for how you publish the videos and for complying with the platforms’ rules, including any disclosures regarding content generated with artificial intelligence.


    5. Pricing and Payment

    Prices are listed on the website in euros (and in dollars for the United States) and are those in effect at the time of order. Payment is made online via the methods available at checkout, processed by Shopify.

    6. Delivery

    Immediately after payment, you’ll receive the PDF guide via email. Within 24 hours, you’ll receive an email with a link to the folder where you can download the videos. For the PREMIUM subscription, new videos are delivered every month.


    7. PREMIUM Subscription

    The subscription renews automatically every month on the same date as the purchase. You can cancel it at any time from your account (under “Subscriptions”) or by emailing youeasyofficial@gmail.com. Cancellation takes effect starting with the next renewal; months already paid for are non-refundable.


    8. Right of Withdrawal and Refunds

    The products are digital content delivered immediately after purchase. We do not issue refunds after delivery, except in cases of non-delivery or content that differs from the description.


    9. No Guaranteed Results

    YouEasy provides ready-to-publish content and a guide, but does not guarantee views, subscribers, monetization, or earnings: results depend on many factors, including the customer’s commitment and the platforms’ rules and algorithms, which are beyond our control.


    10. Liability

    YouEasy is not liable for any restrictions, removals, or suspensions imposed by social media platforms on the customer’s channels.

    12. Governing Law

    These terms are governed by Italian law. For consumers, the court of the consumer’s place of residence has jurisdiction.
